The average monthly payment on residential mortgages in Andorra reached €1,346 during the first half of 2025, rising to €2,446 when including other property types.
Lenders formalised 471 mortgages over that six-month period, a pace suggesting the full-year total will exceed last year's 769 deals once complete figures emerge. In 2024, residents accounted for 733 of those mortgages, with 36 going to international clients. Some 699 targeted housing.
That marked a 16% rise in mortgage volumes from 2023, with total lending hitting €411 million—a 20% increase. Residential loans made up €233 million of the total.
Parishes saw uneven activity. Encamp led with 157 mortgages, followed by Andorra la Vella at 150. La Massana concentrated the largest capital volume at €90 million, while Sant Julià de Lòria recorded the lowest at €31 million. For residential use alone, Andorra la Vella topped the list with €55 million.
