Andorra's annual consumer price inflation reached 2.8% in November 2025, the highest level of the year and up 0.1 percentage point from October, according to final data from the Department of Statistics.

The monthly consumer price index (CPI) rose 0.3%, with housing, water, gas, electricity and other fuels leading the increase at 5.2% year-on-year, driven by continued rent hikes. Transport costs climbed 1.2% annually, due to higher fuel and lubricant prices. Food and non-alcoholic beverages advanced 0.4 points to 1.9%, reflecting sharp rises in milk, cheese, eggs and fruit—items that had seen notable declines in November 2024, magnifying the year-on-year comparison.

Core inflation, excluding energy and fresh produce, held steady at 3.1%, 0.3 points above the headline rate. Year-to-date inflation through November stood at 2.7%, just below October's accumulated figure.

Moderating influences included a 0.5-point drop in the miscellaneous goods and services category to 4.5%, from lower prices on some personal effects. Among special groups, petroleum products fell 1.9% year-on-year, an improvement from the prior month, while overall energy declined 0.9%. Fresh products rose 2.4% annually.

Relative to neighbours, Andorra's 12-month rate trailed Spain's 3.0% but exceeded France's 0.9%. Statisticians highlighted persistent pressures from housing and mobility alongside relative moderation elsewhere.
