  • EBITDA to exceed last year by 75%, beat budget by 27%

Unnic, the leisure centre in Andorra la Vella managed by Jocs SA, expects to end 2025 with overall revenue growth close to 20%, even before accounting for December's strong sales driven by the Puríssima bridge holiday and Christmas festivities.

The Gran Casino Andorra will lead the expansion with revenue up around 25%, while the restaurant sector sees an 8% rise. Visitor numbers are projected to increase by more than 15% compared to 2024. On profitability, the centre anticipates an EBITDA that exceeds last year's figure by 75% and surpasses initial budget forecasts by 27%.

Unnic director José Fulgencio Cano described the performance as evidence of steady monthly gains over the prior year. He attributed the success to growing awareness among locals and visitors from outside Andorra, along with an entertainment offer that has gained strong traction.

With December underway and showing robust activity, Cano said the centre has established itself as Andorra la Vella's go-to spot for celebrations, dining, music and leisure.

Looking to 2026, Unnic has lined up over 200 events, including cultural shows like music, comedy and magic performances, plus "Unnic Talent" nights, gastronomic experiences such as special menus, wine tastings and masterclasses, and appearances by international artists. The focus remains on enhancing customer experiences to sustain momentum.
