Var Group Hosts Tech Forum in Andorra to Boost Business Efficiency

Var Group, a multinational leader in digital services, hosted a gathering in Soldeu for Andorran business representatives to discuss how technology can enhance efficiency by better managing time in organizations.

Andreu Tomás, Country Manager for Var Group Andorra, described the event as an intimate, private forum focused on listening to participants' needs. Gorka Jiménez, Country Manager for Var Group Iberia, introduced the company as a comprehensive "One Stop Partner" for digital transformation, offering global reach with local support. Francesca Moriani, the firm's international CEO, outlined her leadership approach from her book *Braveship*, emphasizing collective courage, innovation, and team trust.

The session centered on active listening to Andorran companies' technology requirements, including cybersecurity, data exploitation, AI, digital identity, cloud services, and integration of third-party tools. Moderated by Tomás, participants shared experiences and reflected on real-world challenges in tech adoption and time management. The discussions highlighted technology's potential as a strategic tool to boost efficiency and competitiveness for Andorran firms.
