Andorra Pride Day March Set for June 27 with 'Not One Step Back' Rally

Diversand, the association advocating for LGTBIQ+ rights, will hold Andorra's Pride Day on Saturday, June 27, under the slogan "Ni un pas enrere!" (Not one step back). The event combines advocacy, culture, and celebration, with a central march through Andorra la Vella's streets.

Activities begin at Parc Central in the morning. At 11am, an audience will hear a live special episode of *Roc del Queer Podcast*, a local initiative highlighting LGTBIQ+ experiences and concerns. This is followed at noon by a workshop where participants create protest signs for the afternoon demonstration.

The main events start with a gathering at 5:30pm in Plaça del Consell General. The march kicks off at 6pm, following this route: Plaça del Consell General, Carrer de la Vall, Avinguda Príncep Benlloch, Avinguda Meritxell, Plaça de la Rotonda, Passeig del Riu, and Parc Central.

Upon arrival at Parc Central around 6:30pm, organizers will read the Pride manifesto outlining key LGTBIQ+ demands in the Principality. Diversand states the march aims to highlight affective, sexual, and gender diversity, defend community rights, and underscore that true equality remains an unfinished global challenge. The group also points to concerning international setbacks in rights and freedoms, as noted by human rights organizations.

Musical performances by IAN and Iñaki Barrocal follow at 7pm, creating an open space for celebration. A food truck will provide refreshments throughout the day at Parc Central.

The evening wraps up with a Grand Final Party at Pub In Situ from 11:30pm, featuring a special show by Drag Coral Star and free entry.

The event has support from Andorra la Vella commune and collaboration from GayAndorra, Pub In Situ, El Racó dels Sabors, and *Roc del Queer Podcast*. Diversand invites all residents to join in remembrance, community building, and a firm stand against any regression.
