Encamp town council opens registrations on Monday, August 24, for more than 50 sports and cultural activities in the 2026-2027 season. The lineup serves children, youth, adults and seniors, with classes in Encamp and Pas de la Casa.
Sign-ups start at 10am online through the council's portal or in person at parish sports centres for sports and the Culture Department for cultural options. Activities run from September 14 to June 18, 2027.
Children's and youth sports include aquatic options such as baby swimming, swimming school, Encamp Swimming Club and water polo, plus martial arts like taekwondo, karate, kung fu, sanda (Chinese boxing), kickboxing, boxing and new aikido. Team sports cover football, futsal, volleyball, handball and new flag football. A winter snow school returns. Adults can access swimming, competitive swimming, water polo, martial arts including kung fu, sanda, karate, kickboxing, boxing and aikido, plus volleyball, basketball, padel, tennis, table tennis, artistic gymnastics, urban dance, archery, running and slot car modelling. Seniors' aquagym takes place Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11.15am to noon.
In Pas de la Casa, children and youth options feature swimming, futsal, handball, karate, wheeled activities and the snow school. Adults have various swimming levels.
Cultural programmes for children and youth offer drawing and painting, acoustic, Spanish and electric guitar, piano, violin, crafts, theatre, storytelling and Spanish dance. Adults may select sewing, Spanish dance, crafts, restoration and decorative painting, watercolour and travel sketching, needles and yarns, ceramics, theatre, storytelling, drawing and painting, or guitar. A new "Learn to Dance Sardanes" course, run by the Andorran Sardana Group, welcomes children, youth and adults.
Youth sports fees are €182.60 for the first activity, €161.10 for the second and €246.30 for the third, with 10% off for youth card holders and Club Piolet members, plus 20% for siblings. Weekly sessions cost €92.90 without discounts. Children's cultural activities are €170.30 each, with 10% discounts for youth card and Club Piolet members. Adult sports start at €281.70 for the first, €165.60 for the second and €125.60 for the third; aquatic activities cost €121 quarterly for subscribers or €155.80 for non-subscribers, with 10% youth card discount. Saturday crafts are €10. Seniors' aquagym is €10.90 per quarter, with magna card rates at €242.40, €161.60 and €121.60 for one, two or three cultural activities.
Residents with a 33% or higher recognised disability receive free sports registration; others get 40% off. Families facing financial hardship should reach the Department of Social Affairs and Elderly.
