The network, overseen by the Ministry of Institutional Relations, Education and Universities with support from Andorra Recerca + Innovació, guides student innovation projects. Its members now comprise the three Andorran Secondary School sites, the vocational training centres in Aixovall and La Massana, Col·legi Sant Ermengol, Lycée Comte de Foix, and Agora Andorra.
In its third year, the network promotes activities that cultivate key competencies including initiative, creativity, adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving. It also strengthens ties between educational centres and Andorra's social and economic sectors, according to government officials.

They addressed various challenges through innovative approaches, crafting joint proposals and solutions. This process helped them apply skills vital for future academic and professional success.
The network reinforces its dedication to nurturing an innovation and entrepreneurship culture in Andorran schools, equipping youth to meet challenges in a changing society.
