Musician Juli Barrero and director Hèctor Romance have released the music video for the song "Quan els llums s’apaguen" on 16 March, with an exclusive premiere on the Enderrock website until 19 March. From 20 March, it will be available on Barrero's YouTube channel and other audiovisual platforms.
The video serves as a bridge between Barrero's albums *Sòlid* and the upcoming *Gas*, slated for release by late 2026. It explores the musician's life, capturing the contrast between the onstage euphoria and the solitude that follows a concert, as the performer packs up instruments under dimming lights. Barrero describes it as a temporal ellipsis highlighting the fleeting yet enduring nature of artistic life, focusing on the artist's return to anonymity after leaving the stage.
The production also pays tribute to small concert venues, which have launched generations of performers. Shot with a cinematic style at La Fada Ignorant in Andorra la Vella, it underscores these spaces' vital role in live music. The team included director Hèctor Romance, cinematographer Gemma Rogès, and producer Pat Bragança. Barrero composed the music and lyrics, with arrangements and production by Miquel Coll i Trulls.
This release continues the creative partnership between Barrero, Romance, and the Enderrock publishing group, which previously hosted premieres of clips like "Plou a la Massana," "Entre tu i jo," "Sota el cel del Pirineu," and "Dones d’aigua." The latter earned awards, while others reached Enderrock awards semifinals and international festival selections.
The project receives backing from the Andorran government and Al·lega.
