The Andorran government has extended the application deadlines for two 2026 environmental subsidy programmes to 31 July, from the original 19 June cutoff.

The Environment department confirmed the decision in a statement issued on Friday 19 June, after recording just one formal submission per programme as of 16 June—despite receiving several inquiries from potential applicants.
Authorities cited the low uptake as the reason for the extension, aiming to boost involvement from public and private entities, individuals, non-profits, and operators in farming, livestock and apiaries. The move allows more time to compile necessary paperwork, with grants to be allocated according to existing rules and available funds.
