Ordino parish council has launched a public consultation to collect residents' opinions, needs, and proposals for the upcoming refurbishment of Prat del Call park, a heavily used public space popular with families and children.

The online survey opened on Monday and runs until Friday, May 29. Residents can respond through the council's website and social media channels. It focuses on understanding current usage habits, pinpointing requirements, and gathering improvement ideas to guide the project.

Alongside the survey, a drawing contest for local children will launch soon, inviting them to envision the park's future and suggest changes. Details will follow shortly.

After the consultation period ends, survey results and children's drawings will go on public display at the L’Estudi sociocultural building. This will highlight the ideas gathered and celebrate participants' input.

Council officials will use these contributions to develop the refurbishment plan, integrating technically feasible proposals that fit the budget. The project includes €50,000 from the participatory budget, added to other planned funding. This allocation follows earlier social media polls where residents prioritised services for children and youth, as well as parks and gardens.

The initiative underscores the council's dedication to citizen involvement in shaping everyday parish facilities through active listening.
