Andorra's national electoral roll has reached 32,372 eligible voters as of 30 September 2026, according to provisional figures released by the parish councils. The total represents about one-third of the country's population and marks an 8.1% increase, or 2,414 more voters, from the 29,958 recorded during the April 2023 general elections.
The register updates every six months, on 30 March and 30 September, with provisional lists now available on information screens outside the Casa Comuna in each parish for public review.
In Andorra la Vella, the capital's list stands at 9,236 voters, up 65 from the 9,171 in March—a 0.71% rise over six months. Compared to the 8,693 voters at the 2023 general elections, the parish has added 543 names, a 6.2% increase.
Other parishes recorded the following provisional totals:
- Escaldes-Engordany: 6,181 voters, up 82 from March (6,099) and 318 from 2023 (5,863), or 5.4%.
- Sant Julià de Lòria: 4,851 voters, up 70 from March (4,781) and 375 from 2023 (4,476), or 8.4%.
- Encamp: 4,411 voters plus 394 in Pas de la Casa, totaling 4,805—up 464 from 2023 (4,341), or 10.7%.
- Canillo: 1,359 voters, up 34 from March (1,325) and 160 from 2023 (1,199), or 13.3%.
- La Massana: 3,843 voters, up 60 from March and 360 from 2023 (3,483), or 10.3%.
- Ordino: 2,097 voters, up 194 from 2023 (1,903), or 10.2%.
Council officials across parishes are encouraging residents, particularly recent Andorran nationals and those who have moved, to check their details on the lists.
