CG-4 Road Closures in Pal to Port de Cabús for UCI MTB World Cup July 10-12

Traffic restrictions will affect the CG-4 road between Pal and Port de Cabús from July 10 to 12 due to the UCI MTB World Cup Pal Arinsal 2026.

Vehicle movement on the CG-4 will face major disruptions over those three days, as outlined in a notice published in the Butlletí Oficial del Principat d’Andorra (BOPA). Authorities aim to ensure the event runs smoothly while protecting participants and spectators.

Specifically, from Friday July 10 to Sunday July 12, the road will close completely from kilometre marker 6—at the northern exit of Pal village—to Port de Cabús. Closures will occur daily between 7am and 7pm.

The section between the Erts roundabout and kilometre 6 will remain open but restricted during the same hours. Access will be limited to local residents, customers in the area, and vehicles linked to the event organisation.

Officials urge spectators to use public transport and avoid private cars. Recommended options include national bus lines L5 and L6, Massana parish lines, event shuttles, and the Massana telecabina.

Plans may adjust based on race developments. Police can impose additional closures or measures if needed for safety.

The Massana commune will enforce specific parking rules in affected areas. Fines under the road traffic code will apply, particularly for improper parking, ignoring temporary restrictions, and failing to obey signage.
