Inter Club d'Escaldes faces Lincoln Red Imps this afternoon in the first leg of the Champions League first qualifying round at Europa Point Stadium in Gibraltar.

The match, set for 18:00, pits Andorra's Lliga Multisegur Assegurances champions, coached by Felip Ortiz, against the Gibraltar side led by Spanish manager Juanma Pavón. Ortiz described the encounter as "complicated," noting Lincoln's "experience in this competition," recent tactical changes under Pavón, new signings, and high-quality players as league winners.

Midfielder Juan Cámara, who debuted in the Champions League with Barcelona under Luis Enrique in 2014 against Bayer Leverkusen, called it "a good opportunity" for Inter. He stressed the need for a solid result to carry positive momentum into the second leg on Tuesday at Estadi Nacional, also at 18:00.
