FC Santa Coloma secured top spot in the provisional 2026-2027 Multisegur League table with a 3-0 away win at Carroi, capitalizing on defending champions Inter Club d'Escaldes' 2-2 draw against CF Esperança.

The opening round featured four matches on Saturday. Santa Coloma's goals arrived via Adri Arjona followed by a Pedja Muñoz brace, giving them the edge on goal difference.

Inter, managed by Felip Ortiz, trailed from the 11th minute after Javi Bernal's strike for Esperança. Despite dominating possession and chances against goalkeeper Bejerano, they equalized only in the 74th minute through Juan Cámara's penalty. Eneko Cuéllar appeared to hand Esperança a 2-1 lead with an own goal in the 84th, but Bernal beat Díaz in stoppage time to secure the draw.

Newly promoted Casa de Portugal took a 19th-minute lead through Franco González at the Estadi Nacional but drew 1-1 with Ranger's after Julio César Nava equalized in the 63rd. The visitors ended with 10 players following Juan Manuel Miranda's second yellow.

FC Ordino came from behind to beat Sporting d'Escaldes 2-1. Alan Arreola scored for the hosts in the third minute, but Arnau Teixidor levelled at the 13th before goalkeeper Jure Marinovich converted an 80th-minute penalty. Sporting coach Guillermo Gómez was sent off shortly after.

Atlètic d'Escaldes and Penya Encarnada shared a 1-1 draw marked by key VAR decisions. Borja Morales scored first, with a Penya goal ruled out on goal-line technology. Adri Gallego was red-carded, and Sergio Pimentel netted a late penalty against Christian Garcia.

Carroi and Sporting begin with defeats, while all other sides earned points. The Penya-Atlètic match concluded after other reports closed.
