The Escaldes-Engordany Comú hosted Inter d'Escaldes players in its plenary chamber on Wednesday to recognise the club's historic qualification for the UEFA Conference League group stage.
Local officials, including Menor Cònsol Quim Dolsa and Sports Councillor Laura López, presented a commemorative plaque to the squad ahead of its European debut against Swedish side Mjällby on October 15. Much of the team's roster attended the reception, which also underscored parish support for the players.
