In an unrelated nighttime event Monday around 11:45 p.m., a 25-year-old local man was found semi-conscious with head and facial injuries near the Pobladó road after apparently falling alone. A routine police patrol discovered him, prompting SUM and firefighters' ambulances plus traffic agents, who closed the central northbound lane.
