Andorra la Vella Launches 'Andorra és Bella' Beauty and Wellness Initiative

Andorra la Vella has launched "Andorra és Bella", an initiative to establish the parish—and Andorra more broadly—as a leading destination for cosmetics, perfumery, wellness, and personal care. Promoted by the Comú d'Andorra la Vella with backing from Andorra Turisme, the project seeks to strengthen a core commercial sector, attract more visitors, and create a distinctive draw for the country's retail landscape.

Cònsol Major Sergi González noted that the parish already boasts a robust beauty industry. "We are not starting from scratch," he said, adding that the effort would provide fresh momentum and help elevate its profile. He aims for the project to expand beyond local boundaries and become a national endeavour.

The first edition runs from 15 to 18 October, blending professional and public-facing elements. On 15 October, the Beauty Congress at the Centre de Congressos d'Andorra la Vella will gather brands, companies, and sector experts to explore emerging trends, exchange insights, and build business connections.

Parallel to this, the Beauty Experience will fill the parish with hands-on activities from 15 to 18 October. Open to locals and tourists, it will highlight cosmetics, perfumery, and personal care through displays and events featuring participating shops and brands.

Organisers view the October event as a foundation for refinement and expansion. A second edition is scheduled for May 2027, with a larger congress and added sensory and wellness-focused activities to solidify "Andorra és Bella" as a key fixture in the beauty calendar.
