Andorra Telecom has opened its new retail outlet at the Node building in Andorra la Vella, relocating main customer service operations from the previous site on Carrer Prat de la Creu to the address at number 6, Carrer de la Borda.

The store began serving the public this morning at 9am, though early hours saw limited activity. The former location had already shut down, with directional signage and a banner guiding visitors to the new premises.

The modernized facility features distinct zones for different types of customer inquiries, along with assisted self-service points to streamline certain commercial procedures. Operating hours remain unchanged: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.

While public access started today, the official inauguration is set for tomorrow, including a tour by local authorities. The store will pause operations from noon to 1:45pm to facilitate the event. Staff continued preparations in the nearby plaza this morning, such as installing final flooring tiles.

The company announced the relocation to customers last week, centralizing in-person services at the upgraded Node space.
