The deal between the government and the Institut Nacional de l’Habitatge (INH) covers the handover of the nine-storey structure—built above ground with six basement levels—for affordable housing management. It contains 44 apartments: 15 with one bedroom, 23 with two, and six with three. The smallest units measure 48.96 square metres, while the largest reach 122.27 square metres.
Smallest apartments feature a double bedroom, kitchen-diner, bathroom, hallway, and terrace. Larger ones include a double bedroom, two single bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, utility room, hallway, distributor space, and terrace.
Tenants can rent parking spaces for €80 monthly. Any remaining spots after the allocation process will go to residents of other public housing in Andorra la Vella who need them. Storage units will also be available.
The ground floor includes one space handed over to the Andorra la Vella commune, plus two others for selective waste collection and building facilities.
The INH plans to launch the application process for the apartments soon.
