The Escola Andorrana de Segona Ensenyança d'Encamp (EASEE) has completed its body percussion project "Seguirem ballant a l'EASEE" for the 2025-2026 school year, with a video of the final performance now available on the school's YouTube channel.
The choreography, created specifically for the school by musician and educator Santi Serratosa based on the song "Seguirem ballant" by Doctor Prats, was performed collectively at Parc de l'Ossa. Nearly 600 people took part, including around 500 students, 80 teachers, and other community members such as some families.
The Ministry of Institutional Relations, Education and Universities praised the initiative for strengthening school climate and coexistence. It promotes active listening, cooperation, and mutual respect among students, teachers, and families, while fostering a stronger sense of belonging and broad participation.
Officials noted that the project aligns with the Academic Improvement Plan by developing transversal skills such as concentration, sequential memory, attention, and body awareness. Musical activities also support logical and mathematical reasoning, as well as linguistic and communicative competencies.
The ministry highlighted the program's inclusivity, as body percussion allows all students to participate on equal terms. Such efforts represent innovative methods in Andorra's education system, combining emotional well-being, coexistence, and academic success to build community ties and aid school achievement.
