Portuguese resident Paulo Moreira will cycle from Andorra to Portugal between 29 May and 12 June as part of the "Dos Països, Una Ruta" initiative. Moreira plans to set off at 8am on Friday from the national coat of arms at the consulate's main entrance on Prat de la Creu street.
