UEFA has finalized Andorra's representatives for the European competition preliminary rounds: Inter d'Escaldes in the Champions League first qualifying round, and FC Santa Coloma and Atlètic d'Escaldes in the Conference League qualifiers. UE Santa Coloma, which finished second in the Lliga Multisegur Assegurances, has been excluded due to failing to obtain a license over unpaid debts.

Inter d'Escaldes enters as a non-seeded team owing to its lower coefficient. Potential opponents from the seeded pot include champions from other associations: Iceland's Víkingur Reykjavík, Kosovo's Drita, Wales' The New Saints, Ireland's Shamrock Rovers, Kazakhstan's Kairat Almaty, Bosnia's Borac Banja Luka, and Latvia's Riga.

FC Santa Coloma, coached and presided by former Barcelona player Víctor Vázquez and fourth in the league, takes the spot vacated by UE Santa Coloma. Atlètic d'Escaldes, current Copa Constitució winners and fifth in the league under coach Iñaki Alonso for UE Santa Coloma but representing Atlètic here, also qualifies. Both enter as seeded teams and could face unseeded sides such as Bosnia's Velež Mostar, Ireland's Bohemian FC, Albania's Dinamo City, Finland's Ilves Tampere, Gibraltar's Europa—featuring Andorran international Marc Vales—or Lithuania's Hegelmann.

The draw for all matches is set for 16 June.
