FC Andorra has signed 25-year-old attacking midfielder Nacho Quintana from CD Eldense on a free transfer, marking the club's sixth addition this summer. The player has penned a deal until June 2028, with an optional extra year.
Born in Seseña on 23 February 2001 and standing 1.78 metres tall, Quintana came through the youth systems at Atlético Madrid and Sevilla, where he earned a first-team debut with the latter. He later featured for Lugo before spending two seasons at Eldense, contributing 11 goals and three assists in league and cup play last term to help secure their promotion to LaLiga Hypermotion.
Club officials praise Quintana's ability to operate between the lines, combine with teammates, arrive in the penalty area, and deliver vision and mobility. The versatile performer can also line up on the left flank.
His arrival follows those of Hugo Solozábal, Moró Sidibé, Andoni López, Aron Rodrigo, and Juan Sebastián as FC Andorra builds midfield depth ahead of the new Segunda División campaign.
