Roger Molina, a former OK Liga player with experience alongside the Spanish national team, has been appointed as the key technical leader for Andorran rink hockey under a new joint initiative by Andbank, the Andorran Skating Federation (FAP), and Andorra HC.
The banking entity signed a collaboration agreement with the FAP and the club to bolster rink hockey and skating development in the country. As part of the project, the club will now operate as Andbank Andorra HC, based in Escaldes-Engordany.
Molina will take on several roles: maximum technical head of the federation, national team selector, first-team coach for Andbank Andorra HC, and coordinator of the club's youth base. His involvement is intended to organize youth training, ensure continuity for young players, and establish a stronger club model.
Molina, who has long been linked to summer camps in Andorra, expressed enthusiasm for the role, stating he arrives "with a lot of desire to grow this project" and to give rink hockey greater reach in the country.
The arrangement builds on Molina's expertise to unify competitive and administrative efforts across federation and club levels. The announcement came on 29 July 2026.
