MoraBanc Andorra Unveils Preseason Schedule with Double Barça Clashes

MoraBanc Andorra has unveiled its preseason schedule ahead of the 2026-27 Liga Endesa campaign, featuring five preparation matches and two clashes against Barça within four days.

The team, coached by Zan Tabak, returns to action on Monday with medical checks at the Ordino Sports Training Centre, followed by the first on-court session on August 19. The initial test comes on September 2 in the 9th Trofeu d'Escaldes-Engordany, hosting Recoletas Salud San Pablo Burgos at 8pm in Prat Gran pavilion.

Four days later, on September 6, Barça visits Encamp at 12:30pm for the 8th Trofeu d'Encamp. The sides meet again on September 10 during the Lliga Catalana in Tarragona, after Andorra's opener against Kids&Us Manresa on September 9. Schedules for those games await confirmation, with a potential final on September 13 if the team advances.

The preseason closes with the 5th Trofeu d'Andorra la Vella at Pavelló Toni Martí, though date, time and opponent remain unconfirmed. This leaves about a week before the Liga Endesa debut.

MoraBanc opens its league season at home against Monbus Obradoiro on Saturday, September 26, at 7:30pm in Pavelló Toni Martí. The first away fixture follows a week later at Asisa Joventut in Badalona. The first half concludes on January 10 hosting Barça.

Key dates include a December 6 trip to Real Madrid and a home game against Barça four days later. In the return fixtures, Andorra visits Palau Blaugrana on March 21, ahead of home games against Recoletas Salud San Pablo Burgos on May 15 and Real Madrid during the May 21-23 weekend to close the regular season.
