Work began on Tuesday, May 19, with one lane closed in the Ràdio Andorra tunnel from 10am to noon. That afternoon, single-lane operation affected the Sant Antoni and La Pedrera tunnels from 3pm to 6pm, followed by a full Tàpia tunnel closure from 9pm to 2am.
Overnight full closures continue at Pont Pla on May 21 and 22 from 9pm to 4am. The Dos Valires south tube closes fully on May 25 from 9pm to 6am, with the north tube following on May 26 during the same hours. Tàpia faces additional full closures on the nights of May 27 and 28 from 9pm to 6am.
To ease congestion, drivers should follow designated detours. Tàpia closures route traffic via Rocafort avenue. Pont Pla shutdowns can use Dos Valires or Fiter i Rossell avenue in Escaldes-Engordany. Dos Valires work directs vehicles to Fiter i Rossell or Pont Pla.
Mobility urges planning ahead, obeying signs and agent instructions, and checking for updates, as these measures prioritize safety while limiting peak-hour impacts.
